Nadolol is a drug that belongs to the class of drugs called beta blockers. These types of drugs are used for treating high blood pressure or hypertension, tremor, abnormal heartbeat, chest pain, heart pain, and anxiety. Continue using the medication as prescribed by the doctor. You must continue using the medication even if you feel well. It is sometimes required to use the medicine for life.

There are known side effects associated in using Nadolol. Some of these side effects include fatigue, diarrhea, insomnia, abdominal cramps, constipation, nausea, impotence, depression, cold extremities, slow heart rate, sore throat, low blood pressure, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Nadolol may cause patients with asthma and chronic bronchitis to breathe difficultly.
